The facility is FREE to use and only available to employees at Caldecotte Lake Business Park. So why train elsewhere! We are open between 7am-9pm Monday to Friday. It has a great range of Cardio machines, free-weights, Resistance machines, extensive range of functional equipment and let’s not forget the classes!

Personal Training With Naz Fisher

Energetic and passionate Personal Trainer and group exercise  Fitness Instructor. I have several years of experience teaching group fitness and one on one classes. Highly trained and experienced in the areas of Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training, Flexibility Training, and Aerobics. I have a true passion for teaching group fitness & designing fitness programs that maximise results and help clients develop a true sense of well being.

Qualifications:

  • Active IQ certificate in level 3 personal training

  • Active IQ certificate in level 2 gym instructor

  • Active IQ certificate and level 2 ETM instructor

  • Active IQ level 3 diploma in Pilates mat work

  • Certificate in freestyle fitness yoga
