This is an amazing facility with a great range of equipment from multiple Cardio Machines, Free Weights, Resistance Machines and extensive Functional Equipment providing you with the training space and head space to achieve your fitness goals with the support of the onsite Personal Trainer.


There is also an extensive class timetable on offer, though out the week, from HIIT to Strength Circuits there is something for everyone.

Opening Times:

Continuing to keep you safe. We will be keeping the gym open when manned, but returning to fingerprint access. Offering you the freedom to ensure you can workout whenever the opportunity arises.

Monday – Wednesday: 11am-6pm
Thursday – Friday: 7am-2pm
Weekends: Closed

We are restricted to 15 on the gym floor at any time (this will be assessed and updated continuously)

Classes are £4 each, or a monthly membership which includes all 10 classes is as little as £15 per month.

About Gemma

I am a fun and approachable Personal trainer. I appreciate everyone has a different level of skills, but I am here to help you work out to your maximum. I have given numerous assault courses a try; from Tough Mudder to Wolf Runs and this has given me lots of insight on how to best train.

I have several years’ experience in Personal training, with a passion for group training sessions ranging from indoor cycling to kettlebells and circuit training. I will support you with any goal you have in mind, helping you find the best way to keep yourself strong and flexible.
