All of this is FREE TO USE FOR CALDECOTTE LAKE BUSINESS PARK EMPLOYEES!

There is also an extensive class timetable on offer, though out the week, from HIIT to Strength Circuits there is something for everyone.

Our onsite Personal Trainer is available for a little guidance from time to time. If you need that little bit of extra support or really just want to be told what to do, to get it done, why not book yourself in for a 1 to 1 Personal Training session at an amazingly competitive price.

Opening Times:

Continuing to keep you safe. We will be keeping the gym open when manned, but returning to fingerprint access. Offering you the freedom to ensure you can workout whenever the opportunity arises.

Members finger print access will be from:

Monday – Friday: 6am-8pm
Weekends: Closed

The gym will be manned from:

Monday 11am – 6pm
Tuesday 7am – 6pm
Wednesday 11am – 6pm
Thursday 7am – 2pm
Friday 7am – 10am

Any gym enquires will be responded to through manned hours.

Relatively new to the industry. I have always loved every sport and have been a regular gym presence for years, I have participating in football, tennis, basketball, cricket, running, kickboxing, swimming and baseball. I raced through my level two and now working towards my level three. I hope that I can pass on knowledge and insight to help people achieve and participate in getting active and fit.

I shall endeavour to help anyone where I can, whilst being assertive, attentive and considerate to any concerns or questions that you may have regarding wellbeing and fitness. I thrive in the gym environment, and I am an advocate for cold water therapy (aside from all the well-being benefits) this method increases will power and the motivation to train. Getting through the gym door is 90% of the deliberation, if you are struggling to visit a gym!
