Spring into Action – 12 Week Summer Prep!
Achieve your fitness and weight loss goals in just 12 weeks. The following principals will be applied and healthy habits and consistent training will be encouraged!
Sport
Specificity: Programme will be specific to help you get into shape!
Progression: The programme will be designed to become progressively harder as you get fitter!
Overload: FIIT principals’ – frequency, intensity, time and type will be implemented and monitored.
Reversibility: Regular exercise will be encouraged to improve fitness.
Tedium: Training will be varied (different blast classes and training programmes) to ensure you maintain motivation.

What’s included?
Weekly Group Catch-Ups
Every Tuesday from 10.00am-11:00am
A supportive session to discuss goals, set targets / daily step count, and explore useful tracking tools such as MyFitnessPal and habit trackers like calorie counter can be introduced and presented.
Key factors like sleep patterns, stress levels, water intake, and overall health monitoring can be discussed in a safe sharing space where participants can address any concerns, barriers, self-sabotaging thoughts, successes, small wins, and reflections.
*At the first session, each participant will be weighed. A monitoring card (1st week) and a training programme (2nd week) will
be provided too.
20-Minute Blast Classes available
Every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12.00am-13:00pm
3 available slots. Bookable via email, these small group sessions (up to 6 participants) or 1-2-1 / 2-1 shall be provided regularly. Sessions to include HIIT, Circuit, and Bootcamp style workouts to maximise results in a short time.
Fortnightly Weigh-Ins
Every other Thursday from 11:00am-13:00pm
Each participant will have a 10–15-minute slot to review progress, discuss what has worked well and what hasn’t, and receive feedback and support. This is your opportunity to discuss your fitness journey.
Progress Photos
Every four weeks on a Thursday from 11:00am-12:00pm (Optional)
Participants will take progress photos to compare with their starting point, tracking visual changes over time.
Weekly Communications (Newsletter), Exclusively with Participants
Each Monday morning a newsletter will be sent directly to your email inbox. Features will include recipes, blog posts, motivational quotes/affirmations, mindset tips, self-care suggestions, success stories, goal setting advice, and more.
